Our holiday apartments
Rest and peace from the very first moment
The original farm Oberparthenhof dates back to the 14th century. In 2019 we radically restored it and realized three modern, comfortable self-catering holiday apartments. The whole house was constructed using wood and offers therefore a great healthy and cosy living ambience. All internal wall, floors and furniture are manufactured with a pleasant mix of old and new solid wood.
Come in and let the wonderful scent of wood delight you. We have equipped the whole house with great care and love in order to grant you a superb stay. Enjoy our peaceful retreat in the Alps and have a relaxing stay here in South Tyrol!

Apartment "Gromml"
Apartment Gromml ca. 45 sq m (2-4 people)
The apartment features a combined kitchen and living room with extendible daybed, one double room (extra children bed on request) and two balconies to the West and East.
All rooms have floor heating which can be regulated individually. The furniture is manufactured with a pleasant mix of old and new solid wood, thus creating a particular touch to the apartment.
The bathroom is equipped with large shower, basin, toilet and bidet.

- For each additional person we charge € 16,00 per day
- Children under 3 stay for free; children aged 3-14 are charged € 10,00

Apartment Troppl ca. 55 sqq m (4-6 people)
The apartment features a combined kitchen and living room with extendible daybed, one double room (extra children bed on request), one children room with bunk bed and one balcony to the South.

Apartment Zumbl ca. 65 sq m (4-6 people)
The apartment features a large combined kitchen and living room with extendible daybed, two double rooms (extra children bed on request in the parents’ room), one bathroom and one balcony. If you are lucky from the balcony you can admire deer and roes.
